							<description><![CDATA[India experienced major financial crisis in early 90s and decided to open up the economy, it was the time when the country was facing a major foreign exchange crunch and the government was on the verge of facing defaults on loans. Globalisation was the need of time and India responded well and worked hard on the policies to push country's economy forward in favour of open and market oriented economy. We cannot criticise and blame globalisation for the condition of poor people who were more in numbers in two decade ago.]]></description>
